LWV Anniversary Luncheon. Annual fundraising luncheon/speaker in honor of the League's 92nd anniversary, and also recognizing Arizona's Centennial. Former Phoenix Mayor Paul Johnson will talk about a citizen-led effort to fundamentally change Arizona's election system by modifying the primary election process. Sedona Primary Election Candidate Forum. The League of Women Voters of Sedona-Verde Valley is sponsoring a candidate forum for those running for the Sedona City Council. This is a nonpartisan, public voter education event and everyone is invited to attend and participate.

League members will discuss plans for a consensus meeting to take place in April concerning the the privatization of government services, assets, and functions at the national, state and local levels. Clarkdale Candidate Forum. The LWVSVV is sponsoring a primary election forum with the mayoral and council candidates running for the Clarkdale City Council. This is a nonpartisan public voter education event and all are welcome to attend and participate.
Tuesday, February 28, 2012 n/a Mail In Election Arizona Presidential Preference Primary Election. Voting is by mail-in ballot only; must be registered as either Republican or Green Party by January 30th in order to vote in this election. Ballots to be mailed out approximately 3 weeks before the election.
Tuesday, March 13, 2012 n/a Vote by Mail Only Municipal Primary Elections in Clarkdale, Jerome, and Sedona. City and Town mayoral and council elections. These elections are nonpartisan. You must be registered by February 13th in order to receive a ballot in the mail.
